Balloon Trajectory Forecast Software?

I'v taken a good look at the balloon trajectory calculator (http://weather.uwyo.edu/polar/balloon_traj.html) and was wondering if the software that drives that exists in an open source project or an algorithm is out there to work with? Thank you!
